Label Text:Wadsworth was a member of the Vorticists, an avant-garde movement in England from 1914-1918. He was the only printmaker in the group. This print shows the influence of the group's leader, Wyndham Lewis, in its semi-abstract figures with featureless faces and marching repetitive forms composed of rectilinear shapes.
